We designed and implemented a structured ICP-based enrichment pipeline using Clay to automatically process and enrich hundreds of prospect records at scale. Each contact was enriched with company information, professional profile details, decision-maker insights, industry context, and other relevant data from multiple live sources eliminating the need for manual research. The versioned workflow enabled the team to refine targeting criteria, experiment with different ICP segments, and continuously optimize prospect quality without interrupting ongoing outreach campaigns.

The agents automatically researched prospects in real time, gathered the latest company and profile insights, identified relevant context, and generated personalized opening hooks based on each contact's professional background and recent activity. A dedicated outreach agent then combined all enriched data into natural, founder-style LinkedIn messages that felt individually researched and written. Through multiple rounds of prompt engineering and continuous refinement, we optimized tone, messaging structure, personalization logic, and AI guardrails to ensure every message remained accurate, relevant, and consistently high quality across different audience segments.

The combined output of the enrichment and agent pipeline produced multiple personalisation layers per contact a company-specific hook, a brand reference angle, a contact-specific personalised sentence, and a complete LinkedIn DM all generated automatically from live data. Every prospect in the pipeline received an outreach message that referenced their specific role, company trajectory, or a recent signal rather than a generic value proposition. This meant the entire contact list could be covered with the quality of outreach that would previously have required a researcher and a copywriter working together on each individual contact compressed into an automated run.
