Job Description: As an Automation Engineer (AI/Agentic Workflows) at Levrez, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automated workflows powered by LLMs and AI agents. You will work closely with our AI, product, and engineering teams to build intelligent automation pipelines, orchestrate multi-step agent workflows, and integrate AI-driven automation into Levrez's products and internal processes. You will play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation through agentic AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation workflows and agentic systems for internal and client use cases.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-step AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Integrate LLMs into business processes to automate repetitive and complex tasks.
- Build and maintain API integrations and webhook-based automations across tools and platforms.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases to improve agent accuracy and context awareness.
- Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor, test, and continuously optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability.
- Ensure security, reliability, and ethical compliance of automated AI systems.
- Document workflows, agent logic, and automation architecture for team reference.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI agents, automation frameworks, and LLM tooling.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI agents/automations on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker for deploying automation services.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for automation triggers.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance agent responses.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for tracking automation/agent performance.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deploying automation workflows.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and its automation/scripting ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of AI agent architectures, tool-calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering and working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make for building integrations.
- Experience with API integrations and webhook-based automation.
- Proficiency in working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma for agent memory/context.
- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases for storing workflow and automation data.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
